Writing
As well as my writing as a freelance art critic and journalist I have also worked with artists, galleries and art fairs to produce paid for commissioned pieces - examples may be found here and here. If you let me know your budget, we can work together to produce write ups of exhibitions, previews and interviews that can be published on my website and potentially other websites as well.
Speaking
I’m comfortable speaking on multiple art topics and I have given numerous talks both online and offline to art students, at art fairs and to the general public. I’ve also spoken regularly on radio, television and podcasts. I’m happy to be invited to participate on panel discussions, for radio and television appearances and to host artist events, interviews and tours of exhibitions.
Judging prizes
I have been a judge on numerous art prizes, both where judging takes place in person and online and welcome the opportunity to take part in further prize judging.
Mentoring
I have experience in conducting mentoring sessions for artists, guiding their next step on their artistic journey, conducting portfolio reviews of artworks and helping artists shape their statements, websites and social media, and advising on how to position their work to attain gallery representation. Mentoring can be conducted in person and / or online.
